Unable to set up Face ID on my iPad Pro
I just bought my iPad last week and I’ve tried everything to set faceid but it just won’t seem to work . Reset my device to wat do I do now

If your iPad Pro is brand new (obviously covered by warranty), and if you already tried (to no avail) all the steps provided in this support article:--> If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro , I suggest that you contact Apple Support directly, using this link:--> Contact Apple for support and service , or make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> https://locate.apple.com/choose-country-region . After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.

- Online:--> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple;
- Contacting a local Apple Store or AASP among the list provided above;
- Using the "Apple Store" app, available and downloadable from AppStore.
