Can't instal configuration profile on iPhone

I’m trying to install a configuration profile from Bitrise, but I’m stuck in a loop when attempting to complete the installation on my iPhone. After downloading the profile and starting the installation process in the iPhone settings, I’m redirected to the browser, which confirms that the installation was successful. However, when I return to the iPhone settings, the profile still appears as if it hasn’t been installed yet.

This process used to work fine for me, but ever since I upgraded to an iPhone 16 Pro Max, I can no longer install the profile from Bitrise.

Some things I have checked already

• Similar issue reported in the past but has not been resolved or replied on Configuration profile not installing, cre… - Apple Community
• My phone is in developers mode since this is required to instal profiles
• Stolen device protection is disabled
• No other profiles are installed
