Where is Library-Mail-V10 folder when inside Time Machine

1) I go to Finder to the Library Folder to the Mail Folder, I see V2 & V7 folders and PersistenceInfo.plist file. The V2 & V7 do not contain any of my eMail folders. The V2 has Mail & Data folders, the V7 has a bunch of folders with numbers and letters. They dont contain my eMails.

2) If I look in the Menu Bar to GO press option key, then select Library Folder to the V10 Folder it contains similar looking folders like the V7 Folder. In the V10 Folder all my eMail folders exist.

In Finder I enter Time Machine and select Library Folder I only see V2 an V7 Folder.

I can't find the V10 Folder. Therefore, I can't restore the two eMail folders I'm trying to retrieve lost emails from.

How do I get into the GO menu & press option key to Library Folder that contains the V10 Folder.

My question: How can I get to that V10 Folder in Time Machine?

Thank You

Open it in the Finder, and then go into Time Machine. If that doesn't work, open your home folder in Time Machine and then press the Shift, Command, and . keys.

I realized after reading your response that I was not opening Time Machine from the library when I used option key I was just going to library not from option key method.

I also forgot about the Command Shift . method

Thanks Both solutions got me there.

However when I did the restore the email folders were still empty it did not restore the emails. I use a Lacie External Drive and a Time Capsule, I tried restoring from both. They appear to be in the BackUps. IDK

Thanks Again
