Incoming calls not ringing

iPhone 13. Incoming calls don’t ring. Goes right to voice mail. Calls don’t show up in recents. Software up to date. DND off. Tks!

Try restarting your phone. Quickly press volume up then down then hold your power button (10secs) until apple logo appears
