Voice Isolation on Macbook on browsers other than Safari

Hello! I just learned that Voice Isolation on Macbook Air (2020) does not work on Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome after a co-worker commented on the background noise that I assumed they would not hear. I have tested it on Safari and it's fine. Is there some switch that I have to turn on first? I am working online and it requires Google Chrome. Please help.

My problem is that even though isolation is enabled, watching the meeting recordings clearly shows that it's not working. It doesn't work even if I switch between the mac's mic and my external mic. I haven't tested with apps like zoom, but maybe it's a problem with Chrome?

Voice Isolation problem in FCPX after OS 26 Hi everyone, since I updated to OS 26 in Final Cut Pro X, I can no longer use the Voice Isolation feature. The first time I opened Final Cut Pro X, it scanned the plugins and found incompatibilities. I resolved them, but Voice Isolation still doesn’t work. I click it, but nothing happens. The audio and video files I’m using are the same ones I used before, when it worked. I opened an old project where Voice Isolation was enabled, I disabled it, and when I tried to enable it again, it no longer worked. I deleted all the audio plugins I had added and left only the standard ones. Can anyone help me?

Voice Isolation not showing FCPX 10.6.5 I'm using FCPX 10.6.5 but when I open the Audio settings I can only access Audio Enhancements (auto) and Pan - there's no other drop down or visible settings. I'm looking for the voice isolation tool - anyone know how I can access it?

If you mean Mic Modes:

Use Mic Modes on your Mac - Apple Support

that would be up to Microsoft and Google to support. I can't find anything to indicate that either does, but you can contact Google Support and ask them about it.
