Apparently the location history is within Google Maps therefore complain to Google.
Where are you seeing this location history? Might this be a third party app? That sounds like a privacy invasion. I’m not aware of a feature like this by Apple.
The timeline feature on my iPhone does not give accurate results as compared to my brother’s android phone.
