Discovered a hint to my glare less noticeably.
I discovered if I add some light to my surroundings I get less glare when watching something vs in total darkness I get quite a bit of glare,

Some glare is normal when in a dark environment or experience on Vision Pro, this is due to the pancake lens structure used. Glad to hear that you found a solution.
