Can I get my iPhone 13 display repaired at Apple without charge?

Few Days ago I picked up my phone only to see this on the screen. There has been no damage and no issues. If Someone knows any solution please tell. I brought it to the Apple Authorised repair centre they said I had to pay to even check the device.

If possible, you should go to another shop if iCare will not check the phone for free and give you an estimate of the cost of repairs.

But, whether or not the shop will give you a free estimate, repairs will not be free.

In the U.S. a screen replacement for the iPhone 13 is about $300. I cannot say what it might cost where you are located.

This is the only Authorised Shop Near me. The next Closest one is like 4-5 hours away

A 4-5 hour drive will not be worth the time and effort if the shop will not provide you with a free estimate, so you might want to call them in advance to ask about this.

Whether the estimate is free or not, you will pay for repairs. If the shop that is 4-5 hours away does the repairs, and you need more repairs a month or two later, you will have to take the phone back to the shop that is 4-5 hours away.

It is your decision.

ok I decided to Put a replacement screen from EBay

And you're planning to replace the screen yourself? Not a good idea, honestly. If you mess up your phone, Apple won't touch it since it will have been tampered with and unauthorized parts installed. True Tone and Face ID will likely never work again. And the phone will have $0 resale or trade value. If that is all OK with you, do it. But it isn't a good idea to reduce the value of your phone to nothing, make the phone ineligible for support from Apple or possibly destroy the phone meaning you will have wasted the money on a replacement screen AND you will need to buy a new phone. Your choice of course.
