Sim swap- manage T-Mobile website, Hacked account
All my iPads, iPhone, and Apple Watch were jailbroken, all my crypto wallets were taken, Coinbase was hacked, Robin Hood was. Reported it to T-Mobile eight months ago, and they brushed it off. Finally now they admit, they dropped the ball and recorded lines.. Do you think I have a lawsuit? I was almost suicidal, come to find out it was my roommate and his weird friends, I filed police reports about it, they did nothing, they believed me, but said contact IC3. I’m in a small town called Brooksville, Florida. They don’t have it Internet crime division, and they don’t understand, but they’re really looking at, they don’t much about tech stuff at all. It’s actually amazing… I had a bond out of jail because I was pushed so far, after eight months of this I ended up “allegedly” breaking the guy’s jaw. This person is a horrible person, even scammed FEMA out of 8 grand..
I have a T-Mobile manage network on my phone that I can’t get off. He T-Mobile Internet in his room, baseline logging reports kept appearing under my VPN, even my Philips lights were changed to TY_HS_STACK, GBK_H619Z, HTC BS.. this person is so twisted, they planted a conference Bluetooth speaker in my pillow, iPhone SE relaying a signal under my bed. They could switch my Bluetooth on and off, listen to my calls. I couldn’t even tell the police all this because I didn’t want to sound crazy, I still have the iPhone at my girlfriend’s, but I broke the small conference speaker.. I took him to T-Mobile with one of the phones that was connected to my account. And he literally ran out of the store.. I showed a video I took to the T-Mobile manager, it was a video of his cell receiving my six digit verification code to login into my Crypto.com account..
His reply was, “wow.. you’re really being in targeted.. I’d go mafia on them” that was eight or nine months ago before they took near 60 grand.. I knew they were taking money, but I didn’t know they were taking that much. They were matching all my buys, and taking half my profits when I was trading.
Now when I call T-Mobile, and spectrum I don’t even have to wait on hold. I need to file a lawsuit.. it’s been beyond traumatic.. I have complete identity fraud, my credit went from 755 to 680 in one month.. I know this is a long message but there’s so much more, does anybody have any advice that could help, kind of traumatized, not just this, but my mom just passed and I was dealing with that real issue and these weirdos started this stuff.. I didn’t even get the more in my mom, I felt like I was losing my mind.. I was changing passwords, hourly, then they take a week off or so, and go right back to it.. I was really hoping it would just stop.. but it never did.. Now I have a court date on the 11th because of all this, I have six police reports about this.. they wanted a full invoice how much money was missing on paper, but I seriously don’t really know the extent of the damage.. one morning $600 went missing out of my bank account through Cash App before I even woke up.. the bank refunded me, so they said, because the bank refunded me the bank’s the victim, I have a video of him saying this. Brooksville is not a huge town, and this is not a secret in this town, seems everybody knew about it or knows about it, but I still have managed T-Mobile network on all my devices. Now that I’m not at the house anymore they’re not able to remove it and they’re not really messing with my account at all, but the damage is already done. It’s so bad I don’t know which way to go.
