Bent lightning port pins? Brand new iphone13

My iPhone 13, after 4 months of use, developed bent pins in the charging port. This issue occurred without any external factors or user error, and appears to be a structural defect in the device itself. When I took the phone to Apple's authorized service, I was told that the problem was due to user error. However, given that the phone is only 4 months old, I am confident that the bent pins are not the result of improper use.

There was no misuse or external impact as indicated in the product manual, and I believe this issue stems from a manufacturing defect. Furthermore, Apple's technical service not only failed to acknowledge this but also disregarded my concerns, showing no support for the product.

Following this, I began using a Magsafe charger, but over time, I noticed that the Magsafe charger was also damaged. It appears that the phone has caused damage to the Magsafe charger as well.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue, and what solution did you find?

Search for accessories that have completed MFi certification. Once an accessory has completed MFi certification requirements and is reported to Apple as sold/distributed, it will be searchable in our public database of authorized Lightning, headset, charging, iAP-enabled, and Find My network-enabled accessories.

Learn how to identify counterfeit or uncertified Lightning-based accessories.
