Apple Support talked me through restoring my iPhone from a backup but ever since, my watch has stopped recording sleep or vitals. I’m getting notifications and everything else
works except that. I’ve removed and readded sleep focus and restarted my watch but it’s not worked. Any ideas?

They should have advised unpairing the watch first.
Unpair and set up again, takes about 20 minutes.
