How cn I split audio between iPhone and external speaker for work?

When i’m at work, i connect my phone to the speaker in the store so that it isn’t silent. Is there a way to be able to still watch videos on my phone without that audio also going over the speaker? i’m aware samsung can but don’t know about apple iphones

No, this is not possible. I just did a little research and it appears Samsung offers something called dual speaker, but that is to two Bluetooth devices at the same time, not one Bluetooth device and the internal speaker in a Samsung Phone.

Perhaps a better solution for your need would be to get a good pair of Bluetooth Earbuds, with Passthrough so you can listen to your phone and still hear things going on around you at work.
