AGPTEK A02S 16GB MP3 Player

Is the AGPTEK A02S 16GB MP3 Player compatible with Apple Music? I am unable to copy music to player.

SJM,

If you have MP3s in your iTunes or Music library, you can add them to that player by using drag-n-drop. However, you cannot use Apple Music DRM-protected files, nor can use iTunes/Music to sync the device the way you could with an iPod/iPhone.

If that player supports both MP3s and AACs, and you have 256 Kbps AACs purchased from the iTunes Store, you should be able to play them on it. (When the iTunes Store first came out, it sold 128 Kbps AACs with DRM … but Apple got rid of that long ago.)


Apple Music subscription songs have DRM on them, and even if you can copy the files to the player, you won't be able to play them on that device.
