so i’ve used up my 200GB so i want to upgrade to 2TB but i don’t really have the money to pay for it every month so if i buy it and cancel it will i still have my 2TB or will it be removed?

You would be far better off by simply purchasing an external SSD for your backups. And it's a one-time cost instead of perpetual monthly payments.
Can I keep 2TB storage if I buy it and cancel the subscription?
