i Accidentally subscribed on CamScanner & they’re charging me ZAR956 . I’ve cancelled it,but they still gonna deduct how do I prevent it from deducting?

Since Apple doesn't own this service you subscribed to, you may need to contact them directly if you're being charged.
If you are charged, you can request a refund, but not all refunds are approved depending on how long ago you signed up for the subscription --> Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
