I can’t hear voice in wired earphones on video call from telegram

I have try many times and re check the settings but I can’t get sound in my wired earphones only in telegram video calls and we get the telegram video call voice in i pad speaker please help

Wired headphones do not work for calls on iPhone mini 13 I just got an iPhone 13 mini running iOS 18.4.1 and wired headphones work fine for everything except calls. Media, Zoom, etc ok. The phone app including voicemail doesn’t recognize that headphones are connected for audio or mic. I’ve tried Apple lightning to 3.5mm adapter with 3rd party headphones and Apple headphones with a lightning connector and have the same problem. I’ve seen similar issues from others but none of the proposed solutions worked for me. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Other apps audio is muffled when in call I have this issue when the moment i hop into a call in app like discord, zoom, Gmeet etc, all the other apps audio will be sounds muffled, but the call audio itself will work flawlessly. It genuinely ruined the experience especially when I'm playing video game with my friend while in a discord call since I can’t hear anything in the game audio.
