How to activate Apple Card with a new Apple Account after losing the original iPhone?

I lost my iPhone last year with an Apple ID of: k*********s@gmail.com. I obviously got a new phone but didn’t remember my Apple id( had previous phone for 6 years). The employee at AT&T said he would create me a new Apple id for my new phone. k**********ks@gmail.com. I had another Apple credit care sent to me but I cannot activate it. Is there a way to activate the card with my new Apple ID? I’m very frustrated.

If you haven't already:

Seems Goldmark Sachs are the people to contact to update your Apple Card account details and phone number.

You can ask them about activating your card, if it is not done automatically and listed in your iPhone wallet.


If you weren't given contact options for them in an mail, or with the new card:

Their "Terms and conditions" (link below) give the contact details as pasted underneath:

Except as explicitly set forth in this Agreement, you can contact us with questions or other matters about your Account by:

  • Using Messages;
