Lately I’ve noticed in the Find My Friends app, if I try to see my son’s location under the “people” category, it will often show him at home even though he’s not. I then have to go into “devices” to see the actual location of his phone. Why is this happening? Thanks.

If your son has any other Apple devices, it could instead be displaying his location from them. Tell your son to on his iPhone, go to Find My > Me > Use This iPhone as My Location.
