How do I change the default volume settings on my iPhone 16 Plus

Volume settings are context sensitive:
- On the Home screen the volume buttons set ringer and notifications volume
- When on a phone call they control the earpiece volume
- When in any app the control the app volume for all apps (which can be overridden by the app programmer)
- In the Music app they control music volume
- Whe Siri is actually speaking they control Siri’s speaking voice volume
The iPhone will remember the settings for each of these.
