I have a ton of nature and cities photos and I want to put them to display as my wallpaper. If I create a photo shuffle, it only shows a few photos as I am guessing are “featured photos”. I do not want to add all my nature and cities photos manually to an album, so is there a way I can use all of them in a photo shuffle wallpaper

You have to choose the photos you want in your Photo Shuffle for Wallpaper. So no, there is no way to just tap a button to use all photos of a special kind.
