Missing Face ID or passcode shutdown option in iPhone

Why I can’t see option Face ID or passcode to shut down in my iPhone it was in other iPhone

No it wasn't, this option has never been available on an iPhone.


This is never going to happen. For one, if your phone locks up you would not be able to power cycle the phone to get it working again if the phone was frozen and you needed to input a password or face ID.


There are many ways a thief can block the phone from being detected such as using a Faraday bag or wrapping the phone in aluminum foil.
