Ever since I took my phone in to get the back glass replaced, my location hasn’t been working, it only gives a approximate location, so none of my map apps work, I use them for work so it’s critical that they work. Please advise on how I can get maps to work

You have a 90 day warranty after a repair done by Apple, so take your iPhone back to them and they should be able to make things right. Sorry if it’s inconvenient but that will be the best course of action.
Who replaced the back glass? If it was Apple or an authorized service center, take it back and get it fixed.
If it was a third-party repair shop, they didn't use Apple genuine parts and it won't work correctly.
Note: If it was a third-party repair shop, Apple won't touch it now that it has been tampered with.
