Purchased iPhone 13 a month ago. Phone auto-updated to IOS 18.3 overnight and woke up in SOS mode and can't get out of it. Tried several options through my tech support. My SIM card has been burned.

If your SIM card has been burned, you are definitely going to want to contact your carrier. The same goes for your SOS.
