I tried opening an app and it showed me this, “Untrusted Enterprise

Developer

"iPhone Distribution: Vietnam

Electricity" has not been trusted on this iPhone. Until this developer has been trusted, their enterprise apps will not be available for use.”

I don’t even live in the Vietnam

"Chrome" is an app, not a place you get apps. So, once again, where did you get this app from?

Unless you live in the EU, the only legitimate place to download apps is from the App Store. Or, if your company provides specific apps, they will give you instructions on how to download and install them.
