Why are some songs not syncing to my iPhone?

I create a playlist on my PC and when I sync it to my iPhone 2 or 3 songs of 12 won’t sync.

Unchecked tracks don't normally sync. Otherwise see if anything at If you have music that won't play on your device - Apple Community applies.

Thanks so much for responding. The link you included helped. I deleted the songs that wouldn't download from my library and then re-downloaded them. They all synced!
