Why is my Fitness app icon missing on Apple Watch Ultra 2?

After unpairing my device due to call issues my fitness app icon is missing. Restarting the iPhone and watch didn’t help. I don’t want to set up everything again because each time I change eSIM I have to pay my provider.

any ideas what else can I make? Or am I supposed to wait for another update hoping it will fix it? The app itself works just fine.

First off there is no need to change the esim for the watch.

When you unpair the watch it will ask you if you want to keep the connection. Say yes and when you pair it back it will install automatically. I have done this at least a 1/2 dozen times.

For the missing fitness app on your watch.

Open the app store app on your watch and search for "Apple fitness app"

You can download and install from there.

But before you do, change your app view to list mode and have a look again there.
