The activity watch face won’t update and I’ve been trying to download the fitness app on my watch and I can’t. I’ve gone through YouTube videos and I can’t tell what the issue is. Anyone know what I can do to sort this out. I really want to go to the gym 😎😎

The Watch app is called Activity, not Fitness which is the iphone sister app
You open the Workout app, start and end a workout, then Activity updates on the Watch
If either app is missing, unpair the Watch and set up as New watch, then recreate the Activity face.

You may have to do some serious trouble shooting...
First uninstall any VPN or security software from your iphone. Try again.
If you still have problems you may have to unpair the watch, backup your phone and wipe it then set it up without backup and pair the watch and phone both in their ex-factory state. If that works then your phone has some evil software in it. You'll have to find it. Don't allow the phone to back up in that state, turn off iCloud backup.

I did that, twice and now, the Activity and Workout app won't open up at all on the watch... On the watch faces, they will not even appear now. It's like after the update, everything went to the dogs...
First of all....You were right and thank you. I have panicked and reset my phone and didn't back up the iCloud, so I'm using an old back up to restore it. Their's something going on with my phone.
I have paired it with my Apple Watch but have not activated my iCloud account on the watch. Now I think I'll go search for how to look for malware on an iPhone.
