Issue with websites and accounts not recognizing after connecting to VPN

Unless your employer or school requires it, there is no valid reason to install a VPN on your phone. Despite the advertising claims, your phone is less secure using a VPN and it will create all sorts of connection problems.....as you have discovered.

Delete the VPN Profile on your phone and then delete the VPN app

Restart your phone

If things are working now, you can try to reinstall the VPN again if you want to deal with the consequences.

The whole point of using a VPN is to hide your identity. Financial websites, almost any secure website, won’t recognize your device and require login and 2FA credentials to permit access.
