Why can't you export a PDF of purchase history by time range?

Dear Apple, will you please make it easy to download, print, and export a pdf of users' entire purchase history by a specific time range (month, year, etc)? Why is this still a thing? Screen grabbing is not a serious solution. It's an embarrassment to the entire design ethos of the company. Janky websites like envato manage to do this.
