"You can request a copy of the data that Apple stores which is associated with your Apple ID. This information includes, but is not limited to:"

...

"A record of the items you have purchased or downloaded from the App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books, as well as your browsing history in those stores."

I almost never use my iPhone, and certainly not for this. I don't think Apple has an easy way to do it. I tried to do it on my computer but the App Store app did not present copy-and-paste type content. I think if I wanted to do it I would have to start by using an image to text tool (e.g., TRex, Grab2Text) to get the text on the page, then paste that to either a text document or possibly to a spreadsheet program directly, then massage the data into the presentation I wanted.

You may wish to provide feedback to Apple on this subject. I know I have seen others with similar requests.
