How do I stop emails from syncing to my Apple Watch?
I’ve disallowed notifications on the watch app on my phone. I’m still getting emails sent to my watch.

If you are using the stock Apple Email app
From your iPhone>Watch>Mail>Set it to custom
If Notifications are off turn them back on
Then set
Primary > Off
Remind me notifications >Off
icloud > Off
Now go back to Allow notifications and toggle it off
