How can I fix screen flickering issues in Adobe Illustrator on MacBook Pro?

I’m having issues with my MacBook Pro 2019 (2.4 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9). When using Adobe Illustrator and watching movies on Safari, I get a green screen flickering. It also happens when I have many apps open. Has anyone experienced the same issue or has tips on how to fix it?

Random screen flickering while watching videos or doing anything. Hello guys I have been facing some screen flickering issues in my macbook for a while. As I saw old comments about issues while watching Netflix or google chrome for me it's not like that. I will upload the video and please if anyone can help do reply to me. If my screen starts to flicker I have to just shut the flap and open it withing 2 to 3 sec then boom issue is solved but I face this issue a lot of time.

Apple Studio Display flickering Hello, When I switch apps or enter/exit full screen video on YouTube my Apple Studio Display occasionally flickers. It happens only when Apple Display P3-600 nits profile is selected. All other profiles don’t exhibit such behavior. I tried switching off True Tone and Auto brightness, but it didn’t help. Do you think it’s a malfunction? Please see the video attached for more info. I use it with Mac Studio M1 Max. Apple Studio Display Flickers

no amount of intense computation should make the screen flicker.

if your built-in display is flickering, it may need to be replaced.
