Can't change passcode on my iPad

When I go on settings, I can’t find the section of “Touch Face ID” or “Passcode”. I can’t change my passcode it seems, and can’t find the section at all. I even tried searching it up and nothing appears. Please help. :(

Is the iPad centrally managed by an Educational Establishment or Business? If so, restrictions may have been applied that prevent changes to your iPad settings - or, potentially, the Passcode. If applicable, you will need to seek assistance from the IT Administrator that manages your iPad.

Alternatively, you may have set a ScreenTime restriction that prevents access to your Passcode settings:

Settings > ScreenTime > Content & Privacy Restrictions > [Allow Changes To] Passcode & FaceID | TouchID > set to Allow
