How many charge cycles is your iPhone at? You can expect your iPhone to drop about 1% for every 50 charge cycles. Note that the decline isn’t always linear and that you can lose a few more or less percent too. It also depends on your usage, conditions and more and varies by person, and that is just an average decline.

One habit you can do to help your battery health is to turn on Optimized Battery Charging or a Charge Limit. Those will help minimize your iPhone’s time fully charged which can help the battery. It ultimately depends on your preference, if you want to start the day with a full charge with Optimized Battery Charging, or have your battery last a bit longer overtime with a Charge Limit. Both are fine but are best by charging your iPhone all night, every night.

All rechargeable batteries chemically degrade and that eventually we all need to replace our iPhone batteries. At 80% battery health, you should get it replaced.

Viewing the Battery Health:

You are fine. Apple recommends you get a new battery, once the Battery Health reaches below 80%.

Unfortunately, however, there is no way to know when, nor why, the Battery Health percentage dropped.

but its decreasing so fast.last month drop 2%. I should note that Im not doing game on my phone and i use 20w official charger

As I stated the battery health decline isn’t always linear. Though you may have dropped 2% battery health last month, it’s very possible it will stay steady and not drop for a bit now.
