I noticed yesterday on my Apple Watch a black spot appearing only with some colour of backlight (like red).
Can someone help to identify the issue?

If you do not have Apple Care+, getting the battery replaced will cost you $99, which you could invest into a new watch. Or get the battery replaced, give the watch to a family member, and buy a new one, which is what I did 🙂
Has the battery ever been replaced or any other kind of hardware in the past?
Did you already check the Battery Health in Settings/Battery?
If it's below 80%, you should get the battery replaced.
These might be dead pixels, but a defective battery may also affect the display.

No, I never replaced any part of the watch. It's exactly like I bought.
