How can I pay for Apple Music without Apple Pay?

So I’m a minor and I’ve been using Apple Pay for a while and now it’s asking for an id of course I don’t have one so I tried to get my guardian to get me Apple Pay through her phone but that’s also not because it says I already have Apple Pay. It’s also not letting me pay for my Apple Music but it won’t let me download anything until I pay it but I literally can’t without Apple Pay.!!!

If you’re part of an Apple Family Sharing Plan the organizer will be charged for all group purchases. That’s the way it works.

If you’re over 13 and live in the US you can add your own credit or debit cards. The organizer can also start an Apple Cash Family for those 13 to 18.

There is no such thing as an Apple Pay card or account. You’re probably referring to an Apple Cash account. You’re required to be 18 to open an Apple Cash account.
