iPhone unexpectedly logging me out of apps

Hi,

So basically on my old phone (iphone 13) i’ve had for 4 years, this year it started logging me out of everything randomly, id be on my phone and a moment later i enter whatsapp and its logged out so is gmail, my apple id stays logged in however, its just certain apps that get logged out and the phone starts this whole tutorial thing just like when you first buy a phone (so it shows me how to use the keyboard and stuff), i’ve changed phones (iPhone 16 pro) and it started doing the same thing, so i realized it’s not the phone??? could it be the sim card? or something i have turned on in settings???

Do you have a 3rd party VPN installed, even if you are not using it? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile. If that fixes it, you can try reinstalling VPN.

If you are logged out of apps that has nothing to do with your iPhone or iOS; it is the apps logging you out for some reason. And VPN, if you have it, is a likely suspect.

Are you force-quitting apps from the App Switcher? That’s another possibility.

I do not have VPN, never installed it on my phone, all the apps restart as if ive just installed my new phone, and my keyboard and the apple apps also restart as if ive just installed my phone like the "tutorial" windows pop up when I enter the apps as if ive just installed the phone, but its literally just that nothing else seems to be affected. And yes I always force quit the apps.
