Back Camera & Flash Light stopped working

Hi Guys,

I recently updated iOS 18.3 in my 14 plus and then onwards my back camera and flash not working.

tried reaching the authorised service partner. They suggested met to change the entire camera module which cost 14,500/- INR.

i was just asking the executive in the store, if this is happened by physical damage i am ready to pay. But this is issue caused by your On The Air software update and for this you guys have to take responsibility.

he refused and asked me to wait until next update my-be your camera will fix in the next update.

i am waiting for that update with hopeless hands..🤲🏻
