How do I resolve malware notices on iPhone without downloading apps?

I keep getting notices that my phone is infected with viruses,

but I can’t download any of the apps to fix it.

You don't have any viruses on your phone, it is a scam message designed to get you to purchase unnecessary software or phish for personal information.
