How to check for viruses on iPhone without downloading third-party apps?

What is the best way to ask Apple to see if there are any viruses on my iPhone? I’m receiving notices while I’m on Safari setting. I need to download this app no name and then it will fix everything. I don’t trust it. Is there a safer way to check for viruses?
