The only people who say iPhones can get viruses are anti-virus sellers.
No is the answer, view whatever you like online and if you get a virus alert, just ignore it and clear your cookies.
Private viewing will not even save cookies.
There is no possible way a virus could exist on an Apple device.
The risk you mentioned has to do with entering your username and password into a scammer’s fake website to prevent account takeover and financial fraud.
Just the act of responding informs the scammer that the random email is "live" and then they share that information with other scammers.
Stay safe by ignoring, reporting and deleting suspicious emails and phone calls.
