Similar to Lost contacts after signing out of iCloud - Apple Community
I lost all my contacts after signing out of iCloud. I checked icloud.com but there’s no archives/records. From my iCloud Settings they’re also in sync. But all the contacts & notes & calendars are still gone. Is there any way to bring them back? Thank you.

Unfortunately there’s no archives and records inside Recover Contacts in the icloud.com website.
Not sure if it’s because I just logged out and I didn’t ‘delete’ them, so they’re not displayed there.

Sorry then your contacts are gone, if there is no option to recover.
