How do i remove photo private access?

My phone updated to the latest iOS. I now have 3 apps that designate photo library access as “Private Access”. I can only look at photos but I can’t access them. There are no other access options available for these apps and I have found no way to change this. I have deleted the app repeatedly and redownloaded. This is so stupid and frustrating that there is no way to remove this restriction that I didn’t place this app. I also found the same issue on my iPad but it says Private Access for different apps. How do I remove Private Access so I can use photos?
