The first step is to determine how the purchase occurred, since any purchase on your device requires double clicking the side button with the amount showing on the screen, followed by authorization with FaceID/TouchID or Passcode. It is not something done by accident. Apple is not making purchases without authorizations.

If you are the Organizer of a Family Plan that uses Purchase Sharing, then you have authorized member to make purchases to your payment method.

If you started a free trial and did not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ended, then you have authorized the subscriptions charges. That is also shown on the screen that required double clicking the side button.

Find out what the purchase was for here:

Depending on what you find out will determine how you can proceed. Note that all transactions in the App Store are final, but on some occasions Apple may provide a compassionate refund. It should never be expected though. If you determine that it was due to fraud, it may result in your Apple ID becoming disabled. Apple will not want to continue having purchases made on your account if it has been compromised.
