I have removed "recents" from the sidebar and also set my default window to Desktop when I open Finder, But I still see the "recents" under the Finder Go Menu, which is again not the right thing because anyone who access my MacBook can easily get to see all my photos, files, documents which I recently viewed/accessed. Is there a way to remove "recents" from the "Finder Go" Menu.

You cannot remove it. Even if it wasn’t there, anyone you allow access unfettered to your Mac can see all everything you have done just by typing a*in the search field.You don’t get security by obfuscation.
Add your entire hard drive to spotlights exclusion list and recent’s won’t work along with any search functionality, but all of the unrested people you allow unfettered access to your Mac will not be able to search for the files you’ve been working on.
System Settings > Control Center. Set "Recent documents, applications and servers" to None.

OR
defaults delete com.apple.finder GoToFieldHistory
As per my knowledge it is default folder which comes with OS.
you can't delete it ,any tasks you perform recently in the system will shows in the recent folder itself.
