How can I reduce iCloud storage and combine it with Apple TV subscription storage?

I want to reduce the iCloud sub from 200 to 50GB and combine it with the storage I pay for with Apple tv - how?

The Apple TV subscription doesn't provide any storage. If still desired, click here and downgrade to 50GB; it'll take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Thanks. It clearly says Apple one comes with 50gb of iCloud storage. I’m currently paying for 200gb and use around 50. If makes sense to downgrade to 50gb sub and use that and the 50gb of Apple one storage as and if required.
