How do I view all emails in Apple Mail after iOS 18.3 update?

How do I get rid of the new PRIMARY email setting in version 18.3. I want to see all my emails and not the limited selection it is giving me.

After the 18.3 update I now see a blue box with the words Primary, a shopping cart, a letter and a bull horn. For an example I see one new email on my iphone but when I sign into the laptop there are actually 8 new emails. This is worse than useless because when I am out I won't have a laptop to see what emails actually came in.

By the way, you can still view All Mail by swiping left on the categories. Or if you want to remove the new Mail Categories feature entirely, you can turn it off by tapping the three dots in the top right of your Mail app, then select List View.

Certainly not working well. Stuck in Promotions is email from my family wishing Happy Easter and my retirement account data. So cannot be trusted to sort properly. The idea is not bad though -if I can get used to looking at them all I sort of think I'll like it. It must be on iPad and iPhone and thats why it's so confusing at rollout because it is NOT doing the same on iMac. I must have missed the alert about such a major change as I did the updates.
