I want to remove my Apple iTunes balance
it isn’t letting me change reigons if I have a balance and I would like you to clear it all please

Nobody on these boards can. Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method from the current region for the extra amount; if you can't, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
