esim option not showing
hello, im using 1 sim and right now i’m trying to activate esim but i can’t, esim’ QR code is not working and there is no add esim or add data plan in setting, so i can’t activate it, please help!

There are 2 possible reasons why the "Add eSIM" option does not appear
- Your carrier does not offer eSIM with their service
- Your iPhone was manufactured to be sold in China, so it does not have an eSIM option
Tap Settings > General > About
Tap on the Model Number and another number like Axxxx will appear
If you see A2223, you have a 2 SIM version of the iPhone. It does not have an eSIM option.
