Remove or lock scrubber bar on Podcast and Music lock screen controls.

When playing a podcast or Apple Music the Lock Screen displays a scrubber bar. When unlocking the phone or scrolling through notifications it often misreads a swipe up as a swipe right and the podcast or song is gone and it advances to the next. Especially with podcasts, it’s then an arduous task to find the one you were listening to and get back to where you left off.

I see the value of the scrubber bar and the time marks on either side. But I would like the option to lock the slider and rely on the reverse and forward buttons when I want to do that on purpose.
